Yeida to Launch Residential Plot Scheme on Diwali
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has announced plans to launch a residential plot scheme on the auspicious occasion of Diwali, which falls on October 31. This scheme will offer a total of 821 plots to potential investors.
Overwhelming Response for Previous Plot Scheme
In September, Yeida introduced a scheme consisting of 361 plots near the upcoming Noida international airport in Jewar. To their surprise, the authority received an overwhelming response, with over 200,000 applicants vying for the available plots. This has inspired Yeida to offer another opportunity to interested buyers.
New Scheme with Different Plot Sizes
To cater to the varied needs of prospective buyers, the upcoming residential scheme will feature plots of different sizes. Yeida officials have identified Sectors 18 and 24A as the locations for the plots. This strategic decision aims to offer buyers the convenience of living in close proximity to the Noida airport.
Application and Draw of Lots Details
Interested individuals can submit their applications for the scheme until November 30. The draw of lots for the allocated plots is scheduled for December 27, 2024. This transparent process ensures that all applicants have an equal chance of acquiring their desired plot in Yeida.
Sizes and Distribution of Plots
According to Yeida officials, the brochure for the 821 plots has been finalized. These plots will range in size, offering options of 120 square meters (sqm), 162 sqm, 200 sqm, and, for the first time, 250 sqm. Sector 24A will provide 344 plots, while Sectors 18’s blocks 9A and 9B will have 477 plots.
