YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2023
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority launched a residential plot scheme where the authorities are launching 1,184 plots at Yamuna Expressway in Sectors 16, 17 and 20. The plots are available from 120 square metres to 2000 square metres. The number of plots is divided into Farmer’s Categories- 206 plots (17.5%), Functional, Industrial, Institutional or Commerical units- 59 plots (5%), and the remaining plots are for the General Category- 919 (77.5%). Under the scheme, the rate of residential plots is ₹ 24,600 per square metre. Schedules Castes and Schedule Tribe will have 21% and 2% plots reserved. YEIDA New BHS Flat Scheme
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority launched BHS Flat Scheme on August 8, 2023. The scheme offers 468 2 BHK flats in a 16-floor high structure in Sector 22 D, close to Yamuna Expressway. These flats have a carpet area of approximately 696.64 square feet and start at ₹ 42 lakhs. One-Time Settlement Policy of YEIDA
The YEID Authority introduced the one-time settlement policy on August 1, 2023. The policy is placed to filter out defaulters. YEIDA has launched this three times before. The amount due is up to ₹50 lakhs; as soon as the demand letter is sent out, it has to be paid within 60 days, and if the amount exceeds ₹50 lakhs, then you can get an extension of up to 90 days.

- Once the payment is made, you will be redirected to the OTS website to download the receipt.
Registering for YEIDA Plot Scheme
The process to register for YEIDA Plot Scheme is seamless. Follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Visit the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority website and log in to the portal using your credentials.
Step 2: If you haven’t registered, sign up with your full name, email address and mobile number. You will also need your allotment letter and photo identification proof.
Step 3: After registering on the portal, you must pay ₹500 as application fees. You will find the application on the right-hand side of the screen.
You can also get the form from the nearest ICICI bank branch. The DD should be made to ‘Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’, payable at New Delhi/Noida/Greater Noida.
Step 4: For YEIDA Plot Scheme, provide your passport-size photograph and signature.

YEIDA Allotment Process and Payment Schedule
The allotment process of the YEIDA plot scheme is based on a lucky draw. For every category, the draw is conducted separately. The first draw of lots identifies those selected, and the second draw is conducted to allot plots and flats under the scheme. Candidates who are not selected are returned their application fee without any interest.
The funds are broken into three phases. The registration money for the first phase is just 10% of the property and the registration fee. The next step is allotment money of 20% of the property to be paid within 45 days of allotment. The last phase of the amount, the remaining 70%, is to be paid in twelve equal half-yearly instalments.
