Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad

Crossing Republik is an integrated city project in Ghaziabad. It is situated along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and has been built at a cost of Rs. 60 billion. It is a planned township and one of the two sub-cities of Ghaziabad with a capacity to house 2,00,000 residents.  It shares good connectivity with Noida and Greater Noida. Wit its steady development and rise of civic and social amenities, it has become a popular choice for residences in the real estate market. It mainly comprises high-rise multi-storey apartments and most of them are ready to move in.

What’s Great About the Locality

Since the locality shares close proximity to Noida Sector 62 and 63, most of the working professionals of these commercial hubs prefer to reside here. It is just a distance of 11 km from here.  Crossing Republik is at a 9 km distance from the Noida Electronic City Metro Station on the Delhi Metro Blue Line and an Extension of the Noida Metro Aqua line at 3 km is under construction. Ghaziabad Junction is 4 km away from here. The Meerut Road Industrial Area is also close by. 

The locality has been witnessing significant growth and the affordable pricing makes it a very attractive choice for homebuyers.

What’s Not Great About the locality?

There have been several complaints of contaminated water supply in the area. Close proximity to industries has polluted the water as well as the air. The pollution around the area is a serious concern. From a factory close by, there have been complaints about the emission of carbon, which has been creating health hazards.

Another problem that the locals have been facing is traffic congestion. Traffic jams are quite common during peak office hours. This also increases the traffic snarls, creating a lot of noise pollution.

Physical Infrastructure and Livability Index

Crossing Republik is very close to NH-24 (the Delhi-Meerut Expressway) which is also the widest expressway in the country. It helps connect it to several other prime localities such as Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Vaishali and other parts of Delhi. It is also situated close to Noida Sector 62-68 and the Noida Extension. The Ghaziabad Junction Railway station is just 5 km away and can be easily reached via a cab or any other public transport. The IGI Airport is a little far from here at a 40 km distance and Anand Vihar Terminal is 20 km away. Crossing Republik is well equipped with street lights and other safety measures are also being improved.

The livability index of the locality is above average and it is a decent place to live.

Someone living at Crossing Republik will never face the problems of having to go to far-off places to shop.
