Dhara's proximity to the heartland of Delhi makes it a highly convenient place to live. The metro station is close by along with a variety of social infrastructures such as hospitals, malls, schools, and many others within walking distance of the locality. Medical stores and other daily necessity retailers are also present and make running errands easy.

Many open spaces are present in Dhara, Ghaziabad which gives recreational options to the residents. My favorite is Lohiya Park, which is an excellent retreat from the chaos of the city and serves to be the highlight of the locality. I find Dhara to be a very convenient place to live with a variety of transportation options available. The metro and the train station make the place accessible. The broad roads in the locality do not face traffic issues much. But the place has seen water stagnation in peak monsoon many times, which may be challenging at times.
