The DDA will verify your eligibility after submission of the form for freehold ownership and issue a certificate of no objection. After receiving the NOC, you must contact the appropriate authority and pay the conversion fees to have the property converted from leasehold to freehold. You will receive the freehold ownership papers for your DDA flat once the conversion process is completed.
