To obtain an RERA certificate, developers must register their real estate project with the respective states Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and follow all of the authoritys rules and regulations. Following a successful registration, the developer will be issued an RERA certificate with a unique registration number, which must be displayed in all project-related advertisements and communication.
