The DDA Land Pooling Policy aims to develop new housing projects in Delhi by purchasing undeveloped land from landowners and pooling it to build new residential and commercial projects. Landowners who participate will be compensated with a percentage of the developed land to increase the availability of affordable housing and job opportunities in Delhi.
