I appreciate the greenery around the locality. The locality is near the EM Bypass hub. However, the narrow, congested roads and monsoon waterlogging are major headaches.

Given the strong rental demand here, I believe my investment is very wise. But for monsoon waterlogging, I want improved drainage and more coordinated parking. Everybody will find this to be a great neighbourhood.
