The Supreme Court directed the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) to cooperate with homebuyers in reviving an abandoned housing project and provide details of the financial demands it would have raised had the original builder completed the project. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) granted the SLB Welfare Association, a group of homebuyers, approval to complete the stalled Sampada Livia project themselves, under the Uttar Pradesh government's Legacy Stalled Real Estate Projects Policy. This allows the association to extend map validity and secure permission to mortgage (PTM). Construction resumed in January 2023, with the association targeting 2026 for flat delivery.

GNIDA board granted in-principle approval to extend map validity and issue permission to mortgage (PTM) to the SLB Welfare Association, the buyers' body steering the Sampada Livia project in Sector Chi-5. The project was initially allotted to PSA Impex in 2011 and later taken over by the Shubhkamna Group, which launched it as Shubhkamna Livia.

The Greater Noida Authority has allowed the buyers' association to complete the Sampada Livia project, granting in-principle approval to extend map validity and issue permission to mortgage (PTM) to the SLB Welfare Association.
