Also, there is a community shopping center which is a utility thing for me and my family. Then I like the big homes and DPS, Shri Ram, etc. are all nearby. I can also get the access to so many hotels (ITC, Hyatt,etc.) whenever I want.

I mean, I was just wow they have such a huge open area, greenery, gymnasium, AV room (corporate folks listening?), badminton court, interactive fountain (my kid loves this apparently), cycling track, and more. In fact, many parents I know are raving about the nursery and primary school here. The developers have mostly ticked off the boxes.
