It can be risky investing in a project that is still under construction, but when I came across Prestige Group's project in Kokapet of Hyderabad, named Prestige Tranquil. All my doubts were vanished, thanks to its trusted brand that they have built all over the country in multiple cities.

Everything just seems too good to be true, doesn’t it? But when you visit the place, which is just 500 meters away from one of the major roads of Hyderabad, Nehru Outer Ring Road, that connects to nearby, multiple schools, shopping centers and hospitals.

Prestige Tranquil is truly the place to be at if you are seeking for tranquility for you and your family. Now you might think the cost to pay might be too high, but surprisingly it’s not. Quite affordable and the most value for money residential area of Kokapet, in my opinion.

Imagine you want to visit a café to have a coffee, and then visit a library right after. Well, you don’t have to imagine anymore, just own a house in Prestige Tranquil, because it has plans for everything that you will ever need. Sauna to Mini theatre to Party Hall, these are just like dessert for me.

My favorite part of Prestige Tranquil is the plans they have made thinking of lifestyle of the members, that includes luxurious club house with Gymnasium, swimming pool, courts for basketball, tennis, squash, volleyball, and area for indoor games like table tennis and snooker. If that wasn’t enough, yoga area in green park with jogging.
