Injambakkam is just a little beyond Neelangarai and a preferred choice of expats and those wanting some peace & quiet, away from the hustle bustle of city life. The roads leading to the sea are well laid out and have lovely villas and homes on it. Restaurants, grocery shopping, entertainment zones, International schools are all within the vicinity. Easily connected to OMR and the GST Road (which leads to the airport), the quality of life & the air one breaths are so much better than in the city.Peaceful and calm environment to live in. It doesn't have much traffic during weekdays but gets congested during weekends. It is closer towards the city and it is a fast growing locality with all major amenities emerging. We have theatre, and beach at walkable distance for entertainment and relaxation. Also the wind here is so cool even during summer as this location is situated near the beach. The things I don't like are traffic during weekends. During weekends it is tough to enter or leave this locality as it gets jam packed as all will be leaving the city or entering the city during weekends. And also on holidays the same situation occurs. Also the roads are great but at the same time vehicles pass by very fast.
