I am the renter of Nehru Apartments in the Khammam area of Hyderabad. The infrastructure of all the buildings looks very modern and is highly safe. There lie some problems related to noise pollution, other than that the rest of the amenities and infrastructure are pretty modern. I would rate 4 stars out of 5, only for the problems of noise. The rest of the things in the locality are excellent.

I am the owner of Venkatesh's apartment in the Khammam area of Hyderabad. The locality has good roads but there arise some problems of traffic congestion which takes a lot of time for the commuters to reach to their destinations. I would rate it 4 stars for this location in Hyderabad. The city has beautiful greenery which makes the location much more aesthetic. Traffic congestion is one of the main disadvantages.

The IT companies are located within 5 km of the locality which invites a lot of IT employees to stay in the Khammam locality. The locality will soon be connected with metro routes which will help commuters to reach any section in a shorter period. I would rate 5 stars for this locational advantage in Hyderabad.

I was the former owner of the Vijay Nagar colony in the Khammam area of Hyderabad. The roads are clean all across the Khammam area. The locality boasts a 24*7 water supply and electric current which attracts a lot of customers to purchase flats in these areas. There is excellent greenery all across the surroundings of the locality. It is a very peaceful area of the city and as a result, is accessible to different areas of Hyderabad.

Khammam is one of Hyderabad's s most renowned localities and is very close to Public transportation. It is the prime location of Hyderabad. There are a lot of schools and hospitals which are located near the Khammam area. A lot of restaurants and markets are located near the center of the locality.
