I have a good time living in Lonere as the tenant of a 2 BHK apartment. Some of the
roads are well-maintained, and it is clean and hygienic. The streets are well-lit with
frequent police patrolling and this ensures the safety and lesser crimes. There are some
clinics and hospitals in the area. The locality is clean and green with a good
environment and I have never experienced complicated traffic congestion.

I used to live in Lonere for a few years and the locality was good. It was very well-
known for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. There used to be
frequent power cuts in the area where I lived causing discomfort during summer.
Network and connectivity issues were some of the major problems I faced in Lonere.
Otherwise, it had all the other basic facilities to fulfill the demands of the residents.

Being a resident of Lonere for some time now, I can say that the locality is good with
a few problems. Public transport is available in the locality, but not enough. There
are several shops and stores in and around my area and it has proximity
to reputed hospitals and clinics. In terms of safety, very few crimes have been
reported in the locality so far.

The rental price in Lonere is quite affordable and for a middle-class person with a 4-
member family, this locality does the job pretty well. With a few options for public
transport, the roads in Lonere are well-maintained. So far, I have not experienced
water shortage or electricity problems in the locality and there are some markets,
grocery stores, and medical stores in the area adding to our convenience as well.

I have been living in Lonere for a long time now and the locality is convenient with a
good environment. Lonere looks beautiful especially during the monsoon seasons
but summer is very hot and uncomfortable. Public transports are available in the
locality but due to the lack of metro connectivity, it is very difficult for people to
commute daily to work. In terms of connectivity, Lonere is facing a serious problem.
