Malshiras is a small village in the Purandhar tehsil of the Pune district. It is located in the vicinity of Pune-Pandharpur Road and Belsar-Urali Kanchan Road.
It is bound by Shirur taluka towards North, Baramati taluka towards East and Haveli taluka towards South.
Malshiras is also a gram panchayat as of 2009. It has a small agrarian population of about 3,500 people. Sasvad is the nearest town to Malshiras which is 25 km away. The other nearest town is Jejuri.
Malshiras is a quaint village with minimal pollution. There is no city rush in or around the village. It is well connected from the nearest cities through roadways.
