the locality is a major neighbourhood in mohali and houses the famous border security force quarters. it is a greatly designed layout and has very good proximity to major locations in Chandigarh like the international airport, railways station and jlpl industrial park. the location is also rich in premiere schools and hospitals. it is not provided with a great assortment of malls, though.
