the locality is a major neighbourhood in mohali and houses the famous border security force quarters. it is a greatly designed layout and has very good proximity to major locations in Chandigarh like the international airport, railways station and jlpl industrial park. the location is also rich in premiere schools and hospitals. it is not provided with a great assortment of malls, though.
the properties in this area are mainly for sale, and there are no rental properties available as most of them are taken for long term deals. the 2 properties that are available for sale are a 3 bhk priced at rs. 71 lacs and a 5 bhk priced at rs 3.6 cr. the area is posh and very well guarded. it also has the proposed golf course and lake which is due to come up. the quark city it park is close at hand and quite easy to reach. the locality is super posh and, therefore, highly priced with zero availability of rental properties. in fact, very few apartments are let out on rent here, and whenever they are, the deals are for long term usage.
