Kalpataru Towers Kandivali project was created by Kalpataru, a renowned developer in Mumbai. It covers an area of six acres. In this project, there are multiple configurations of flat units available for purchase. The 2 BHK apartments, with a property area of 1100 Sq Ft appealed to me. The project is ideally situated in the Mumbai Western Suburbs of Kandivali West and has excellent access to important routes such as the Western Express Highway and New Link Road.

With Kalpataru Towers, I can live conveniently and be guaranteed a desired lifestyle. It has amenities like a power backup system and a gym. There are amenities designed with sports enthusiasts like a cycling and jogging track. In addition to the swimming pool, young families with children can experience contemporary leisure and play spaces like the Children Play Area. Constant security is in place. Additional features include staff quarters, maintenance staff, landscaping, and tree planting.

I decided to buy in this project entirely because of the interiors that give you a luxurious and premium feel at the same time. It the only project with open space in the surrounding area. In close proximity to the Western Express Highway, Metro, and Mumbai Western Line, the connectivity is impressive according to me.

This tower in Kandivali East has superb connectivity and seems like a resort because everything you need is available in the complex, including a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and indoor activities. We feel comfortable and cosy staying in this tower. I think there is not a better place here!
