News on K Raheja Corp to develop luxury project on BR Chopra's 1 acre land in Mumbai Mumbai

Realty developer K Raheja Corps residential development entity K Raheja Corp Homes is planning to redevelop BR House, into an ultra-luxury project. The company bought BR House -- the house of famous Bollywood director late B R Chopra -- for around Rs 200 crore. The size of land parcel is nearly one acre.

The project will feature limited-edition residences, flanked with views of the Juhu Aerodrome on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other. The project signifies the preservation of artistic heritage, the legacy of BR Chopra.

The project offers ultra-premium apartments, customizable to suit individual specifications, and bespoke living experiences going up to 10,000 sq-ft on a single floor. Apartments will have an in-room 11.4 feet floor to ceiling height, infinity rooftop pools in Juhu, with a Jacuzzi offering sunrise and sunset views
