Kalpataru, one of India's leading real estate developers, has recently acquired the rights to redevelop the esteemed Yoganand Co-Operative Housing Society located in Mumbai's bustling Borivali suburb. This ambitious project spans nearly 6 acres and aims to transform the existing housing society into a modern residential haven. With an investment exceeding Rs 700 crore, Kalpataru intends to develop over 7 lakh square feet of luxurious living spaces.

The redevelopment of the Yoganand Co-Operative Housing Society is anticipated to take three to four years to complete. Currently, the society accommodates approximately 400 residents within 11 buildings comprising a ground floor and three upper floors.
