About Nerul
The town of Nerul in Goa is known for its groundnuts, sweet potatoes, watermelons and salt. It's sandy soil gives great yield of vegetable items. The land was recovered from the bed of the stream and in this way the alluvial soil is fruitful. The individuals who live close to the shore are essentially involved in angling, others in horticulture, salt extraction, hard stuff tapping and modest work. Nerul contributed significantly to the fare of salt of around 30-50 thousand tons that Goa sent out back then.
Entering the town from Verem, one experiences beautiful bungalows on the two sides of the street. Just before achieving the congregation, guests experience some forcing manors having Portuguese effect on engineering and their inside look like European plans. The villagers make their living by offering fish, raising steers, separating salt, leasing organic product bearing trees and offering natural products.
The Nerul Church
Our Lady of Remedies church , Nerul, was established in 1569.The church gladly shows some old sketches on wooden boards and on dividers.

Coco Beach
Coco shoreline is situated at the mouth of the Mandovi waterway inverse to the Panaji bank. The shoreline is home to a neighbourhood angling group who can frequently be seen pulling nets and water crafts along the shoreline particularly in the mornings. Found near the shoreline is the Reis Magos church and the Reis Magos fortification. The shoreline is situated at a separation of 5 kms. from Panaji and 14 kms from Mapusa.
