I purchased my home at Skyi Manas Lake a week ago and I am happy to sayit is a very value for money development. At first sight it looked plain but uponcloser inspection I liked the lawns around the development and the cleandesign a lot. There are no dirty corners in the grounds and the parkenvironment is very well kept.

The best part is that it is Bavdhan which is in Pune West so it is very close towhere I work. I have a 3 BHK apartment which is decently furnished. There areno gaudy ornaments but the furniture matches the colors of the rooms well.

The design is spacious and will be absolutely perfect once I buy some lampsto light up the place during the evening. Given the cheap price of theapartments I did not expect to have power backup for electricity cuts and the24 hour running water. Both amenities are very appreciated.
