Kalpataru Group and the Indian Hume Pipe Company have signed a joint venture agreement for a pioneering project. This ambitious venture is set to be developed in two phases over the next 6-7 years, with an estimated investment of approximately 1000 crore rupees. The project will predominantly feature luxury apartments, constituting about ninety percent of the development, with the remaining ten percent dedicated to commercial spaces. Current property prices in the area suggest that the project could yield total revenues of approximately 2,500 crore rupees, with Kalpataru accounting for nearly 1,700 crore rupees.
The project, which is already generating substantial buzz in the real estate sector, is expected to deliver a plethora of amenities and features, transforming the local real estate scene.
