3. Preventing, bypassing or suppressing something.
4. Treating something as unnecessary or non-existent.
Abrogation of any contract means a cancellation for any part of the same, which has not been met/fulfilled as of yet. This may be done by the original and legal parties mentioned in the contract. This is applicable in case of real estate agreements or contracts as well. It may also mean repealing any real estate law, regulation, or provision through authority/legal action, or bypassing any duty as per stated duties/responsibilities.
