By access rights, we mean the individual permissions required by any digital application for writing, deleting, reading, changing, or accessing any file, software, settings, configurations, and even for adding/removing applications. At the same time, access rights also mean the rights of access for property owners and tenants to any building or their homes.
The definitions of access rights include the following:
1. The right of any property owner, occupant, or resident/tenant to access the entry, exit, common areas, amenities, and his/her home/dwelling.
2. The right of any entity and its members to access any space.
3. The right of the general public to access any common infrastructure and space.
4. Any permission required for being able to access any program.
Access rights have an integral connection to the real estate sector. They mean the property owner’s right to enter his/her home or property. The owner will have the legal right for entry and exit. At the same time, this right is also granted to tenants as per the license/lease granted by the owner. In a similar fashion, it also means the right of access, entry, and exit for buildings, common spaces and amenities in multi-storied apartment blocks, or projects with multiple housing units. All owners and residents in the same will thus have access rights.
