This means any statement which shows any sale on credit, or even a sale/purchase that has been done by a person on the behalf/account of another person, with the inclusion of the charges and commissions for the same.
This type of system may be applicable for real estate transactions as well. Real estate sales/purchase transactions could have individuals carrying out these transactions on behalf of other people, including the charges/commissions that are applicable in such scenarios.
