An amendment means any addition, modification, change or tweak for any rule, litigation, directive, commandment, material, text, or constitutional article/clause/provision.
Amendment means the procedure of changing or altering any document, including written text, constitutional articles, rules and regulations, laws, and directives. It could also mean any material which helps in the faster growth of plants through enhancing the soil condition.
In the real estate space, the only use for amendment, is in the form of changes or amendments to any real estate contract. There are various types of contracts in real estate including builder-buyer agreements, landlord-tenant agreements, and so on. An amendment to a contract means any changes or alterations in the terms and conditions of the original agreement/contract. This may require any new additions, modifications, or deletions from the agreement as well. Amendments are also done for sale/purchase contracts in real estate.
