Amenities are features and other special attributes of any property, project, home, and space. By an amenity building, it means a space, area or building which offers all these facilities for occupants of the structure or others.
An amenity building is a structure/building that offers access to several amenities within the structure. It may have recreational and social amenities which occupants or others can rightfully access.
Many real estate projects, townships, and buildings come with dedicated amenity buildings. These are structures or spaces containing all public facilities and amenities under one roof. These may include fitness facilities like gymnasiums, swimming pools, outdoor walking/jogging trails, indoor games and meditation zones, recreational rooms, washrooms, kitchens, food and dining areas, storage zones, meeting and conference rooms, and the like. Many projects now have dedicated amenity buildings on the premises, containing all the main features and amenities, along with clubhouses as well. These buildings are sometimes denoted by the purple colour in project/real estate layouts/plans worldwide.
