An arbiter is an individual settling any legal dispute, or possessing the final authority in any aspect. This also means any individual with actions/views which may impact any specific aspect.
An assignee is any person to whom any right/liability is legally transferred. It also means any individual appointed for functioning on behalf of another individual. It also means any individual to whom there is an assignment being made. It also means any individual, to whom there is a legal transfer of any property or specific right.
Assignee means any individual with the total ownership rights, benefits, or duties in terms of the contract from the assignor. If the latter desires, then the contract for another party may be transferred further by him/her. This is applicable in terms of real estate assets, duties, liabilities, etc. Assignees are those people getting the transfers of titles, property rights, and properties and so on, as per the contract terms and conditions. The assignee will get these rights transferred by the assignor. This also refers to the power of attorney in real estate, which holds valid for a specific duration.
The assignee gets the title whenever a deed is legally created for transferring property ownership as part of the transaction. For example, tenants may transfer their rights on properties to assignees. The latter will have the responsibilities for rental payments and property maintenance over a specified duration as a result.
