DAMPER

Credit gives the word to pay either by repaying it or returning those resources later. In other words, this credit is the method of making the reciprocity formal, legally enforceable, and of course, extensible to a vast group of people who are not related.

However, the resources provided may be financial or have goods or services, like consumer credit. The credit covers any form of deferred payment. Credit generally gets extended by the creditor, the debtor or lender, and sometimes the borrower.

Definition

A damper means anything or anyone who subdues or inhibits anything, i.e. putting a damper on activities or celebrations. The damper also means something which is a plate or valve or a smaller felted block that is put in place for stopping piano string vibrations. It may also mean a shock absorber. A damper may be used for lowering vibrations in an engine as well. This may also help in stopping any key or string from making a sound, as mentioned.

Use of Damper in Real Estate

A damper may be a metal-made plate within a chimney which may be shifted for controlling air flow, enabling faster burning of the fire or even in a slower manner, depending upon specific requirements. Fireplaces without vents do not require a damper. The damper helps in the regulation of air flow within any duct or air handler, along with VAV boxes as well. This is the plate that is a must for fireplaces which have vents. Dampers were also used earlier on stoves which depended on wood for fuel.
