Credit gives the word to pay either by repaying it or returning those resources later. In other words, this credit is the method of making the reciprocity formal, legally enforceable, and of course, extensible to a vast group of people who are not related.
However, the resources provided may be financial or have goods or services, like consumer credit. The credit covers any form of deferred payment. Credit generally gets extended by the creditor, the debtor or lender, and sometimes the borrower.
Derelict means something in very bad condition, owing to neglect, disuse, and lack of maintenance or repairs. It means neglecting obligations, commitments, and duties as well. It also means someone without any property, housing, or employment in some cases. It also means property or assets which are abandoned by their owners.
There are derelict properties which exist in several parts of the world. These are properties which have been left, abandoned, or forsaken and also those properties which have not been maintained, and are in pitiful or poor condition. These buildings are mostly empty, and in poor conditions, which may often be dangerous for occupants as well.
