DUAL OCCUPANCY

Credit gives the word to pay either by repaying it or returning those resources later. In other words, this credit is the method of making the reciprocity formal, legally enforceable, and of course, extensible to a vast group of people who are not related.

However, the resources provided may be financial or have goods or services, like consumer credit. The credit covers any form of deferred payment. Credit generally gets extended by the creditor, the debtor or lender, and sometimes the borrower.

Definition

The meaning of dual occupancy is often the usage of any premise for two homes which are linked/attached. This means a development leading to two homes which may be detached or attached as well. This means that there will be only two dwellings on a particular plot or land parcel and nothing more than the same.

Use of Dual Occupancy in Real Estate

This type of property configuration is often witnessed in several areas. There is one land title, although there are two buildings developed on the same. These properties also offer higher returns on investments in comparison to two homes which are separate from each other in terms of their land parcels as well. Duplexes are two properties with common walls or a home divided into two individual homes. They may be separately sold as well. Dual occupancy means sharing common land and common walls, although the latter is not mandatory for it to be classified as dual occupancy. Dual key properties are those with shared entrances, living zones, and doors.
