EVICTION

Credit gives the word to pay either by repaying it or returning those resources later. In other words, this credit is the method of making the reciprocity formal, legally enforceable, and of course, extensible to a vast group of people who are not related.

However, the resources provided may be financial or have goods or services, like consumer credit. The credit covers any form of deferred payment. Credit generally gets extended by the creditor, the debtor or lender, and sometimes the borrower.

Definition

Eviction means the civil procedure of a landlord or property owner, for expelling a tenant or occupant from the property. Eviction may take place whenever tenants default on rental payments, whenever the terms of any rental or other agreement are violated/breached, and also in other legally-permissible scenarios. Evictions are court-ordered or legally backed removals for tenants or occupants from any property where they were staying earlier. The eviction procedure mostly starts with the landlord’s notice, which asks for certain conditions to be met or remedied. If this is not done by the tenant, then the landlord may start these eviction proceedings via the court.

Use of Eviction in Real Estate

Eviction does take place in the real estate or property sector. This is the legal expulsion of any tenant or individual from any rental property by the landlord, mostly due to the non-payment of rent by the tenant. There are several eviction laws in India which govern these legal proceedings and activities. Some of the legal grounds for eviction of tenants in India include property damage by the tenant, non-payment of rental amounts, sub-letting without permission, commercial usage of the property without permission, refuting the title of the owner intentionally, and demolition of the property without permission.
