There is good parking space for society members and visitors. The roads are well maintained. The best schools and colleges offering quality education are present in the area. Well renowned hospitals and banks are also there. There is hardly any problem of power cuts or water supply. The parks nearby are well maintained and the area is very hygenic and always kept clean. There is frequent patrolling done by the police making this area safe.
