My favorite area at Kumar Picasso has been the jacuzzi where I can spend my weekends relaxing with good food and good music. The ambiance is gorgeous. Ventilation wise, the apartments are quite spacious and has moderate space between the rooms. Neighbors have also been helpful.

The previous place where I used to live had problems with a water supply and the lifts used to stop working frequently. I have been living in an apartment in Kumar Picasso, and I am impressed by the constant water supply and ventilated lifts. Other things are good about Kumar Picasso.

Kumar Picasso is a good ready to move in apartment if you are looking for a flat or apartment in Pune. I was looking out for a fairly less congested area around Pune and Kumar Picasso did meet all my expectations in this regard. It is a clean place.

I am loving the comfort and lavishness of my apartment at Kumar Picasso. Furniture was well polished, though I had to add some of my own things too. apart from that I love the pattern of the tiles and the false ceiling has sober lights too.

Kumar Picasso is situated at a very commercial location and is well connected to transport facilities and the working area. I can easily reach work through Solapur Road which is less congested than the others. Overall, it has a great locational setting which enables access to supermarkets, malls, and movie theatres as well.

I have been living here for 12 years in my own house and according to me, this place has all the basic amenities. This place is well connected with other parts of Pune. The roads are well maintained and with proper street lights. The electricity supply and the local security are quite good here. This place has all the basic amenities nearby the location like schools, hospitals, malls, parks, theatres, banks, ATMs, and so on. This place is close to EON IT Park and Suzlon Company, Hadapsar Gadital Hospital and near to Pune-Solapur highway. This places severe waterlogging is reported in many parts of Hadapsar during the rainy season.

This place is nice and beautiful and a good locality surrounded by schools, hospitals, IT companies, eating joints, restaurants and many more. I had a nice memory of this place, as I had been living there as a tenant with my family. This place is a mid-income locality in East Pune and has mixed-budget apartments for all kinds of residents. This place is close to consumer base locations such as Magarpatta and Hadapsar gaon.
