This is an affordable society. None of the affordable offers 4 weeler parking. If you require parking and world class services, then go for luxury appartment with rent of 50 60K. I have been living 3 months now and really happy. I pay extra for parking, but I was always aware about this extra cost since I am buying this flat at lower rates. Havent seen any water problem yet. Again as per government norms electricity usage cannot go beyond 3 KW. So if you want 3 ACs installed in 2 BHK flat, rethink about it. Also every society asks for move in move out charges.
