It's a great project for me. I am very satisfied with my choice of home. The location is fitting, considering that it is a deluxe locality in Mumbai. The constructions are wonderful. Rustomjee Elanza group is very cooperative and has always responded with professionalism. We can't hear the noise of the streets in the apartment.

The apartment is well connected to New link road and Swami Vivekanand road. Malad RailwayStation is very close to the apartment. It's very close to the convenient shopping centre for dailyneeds. Medical facilities and institutions are nearby from the apartment.

I experience many amenities with joy like Swimming Pool, Lift, Party Hall, Clubhouse, IndoorGames, etc. My daughter loves to spend her weekends in the kids's pool and kids' play area. She makes many friends in society. Neighbours are very familiar here. This complex has a good safetysystem.

We have no issue with power backup and water supply facilities. This complex also cares forthe environment. Here are many trees in a decorative way. The rainwater harvesting systemimpressed me so well. Also, the indoor design in my flat is well decorative. I am very muchsatisfied with the construction and interior design of my flat.

This complex has a good safety system, good design ideas, and great construction. All kinds offacilities are appreciable. I am very fascinated with all works and amenities. The buildingstructure is really good. All facilities are appreciable. I will recommend it to others.

One of the Prominent locality in the city. It is situated on the Western line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. The area is a blend of residential, retail and commercial establishments and offers good connectivity. Malad is also well conneted with the near by areas such as Goregaon, Kandivali, and Andheri. Enough greenery around, and nice places to stay.

Malad West is a prominent and up market residential locality in the western suburbs, situated on the western line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. It is a green and serene locality situated along the Malad Creek and surrounded by mangroves.

There are many good things about Malad . But I love that in malad the environment and the people around us was superb. Malad has one of the best Street food I have eaten while staying there. The School, Bus station, Railway Station, cinemas , parks etc are many there. Actually Malad is one of the best area to reside.
