The building has many sports-related amenities, which is particularly interesting to my teenage children. They enjoy spending most of their time playing badminton, basketball, tennis and cricket.

I decided to buy an apartment in Thane, west, and that’s when I came to know about Hiranandani Estate. It is very close to the railway station and the airport, and I have a very good access to the expressways as well.

The Hiranandani Estate has plenty of amenities, which is very convenient to the residents. The safety and security system of the building is intact, with video surveillance and CCTV support, and it also comes with a fire-fighting system.

To be honest, Hiranandani Estate is a world-class and feature-packed project, and I am very happy to have bought an apartment in this location. My 2BHK apartment is very spacious with 1091 Sq. Ft area. It is located in Thane and has a very close connectivity to all the major points of the city.

I have been living here for 8 years as a tenant with my family. The local people are helpful and welcoming and for this reason, people from outside feel safe. This place has metro connectivity nearby and markets are within walkable distance. This residential area has poor police patrolling and the security is not tight enough.
