Construction quality is better than DLF New Town Heights. Maintenance can be better it has lot of scope of improvement. A permanent electricity connection is still pending, and club house will be ready within 1-2 months.
This project provides us with attractive and many luxurious amenities like Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Badminton Court, Rock Climbing, Basketball, Tennis Court, etc. Also, their safety system is quite impressive. I love spending my weekend in their cafe, and the clubhouse always attracts me. The party hall is very nice. Also, many malls are near this location. So, all over Anant Raj Maceo is providing me with a good deal, and I'm glad to be part of their family.
Then I talk about the attractive designing and finishing of Laminated Wooden floors, Oil Bound Distemper walls, and RCC Frame structures. The furnishing and fittings are good. The construction of the project is commendable. No doubt, I am satisfied with the work.
I was always trying hard to get a flat near my office. I can reach my office easily and quickly through the golf course extension road. Sector 91 is close to many business hubs like IMT Manesar, Vatika Business Park, Unitech Infospace, Mini secretariat, etc. Also, very close to many schools, Hospitals, and Hotels. Sector 91 is a good place in New Gurgaon and has good connectivity.
When I came to the greenery part of this project, it caught my heart. The sewage Treatment Plant, jogging area, and large green area attracted me very well. In the early morning, while I go jogging, the greenery brings life back to me. This project gives us a very eco-friendly lifestyle.
