Though the locality of Mount Mary Bandra is good more security systems could have been included. I did not see CCTV surveillance which would have been a good addition to the amenities.

Reputed schools are present in the locality and the area is safe for a residential area. More open spaces would have been better within the premises but the complex has a jogging track and a kid's play area.

The security of this place is quite good and frequent police patrolling is seen here. The roads are well maintained and without traffic jams.
