For Scheme: - *VRB RAMESHWARAM -KOTA* *Note : Booking Cheque Amount - 100000/- (Minimum)* Kindly note below point 1. You can book 2 plots for more than one client only if they are in blood relation. Loan/finance department will accept the booking post verification. Blood relation (Brother, Sister, Mother, spouse, daughter, son, Father) 2. One client can book maximum 2 plot in particular township within 1 month of Launching. 3. Client Name should be same in booking message and on Cheque (Self & Spouse Name). 4. Any kind of Edition will not be considered in booking message. 5. Booking Messages before Availability/particular time of availability will not be considered. 6. Associate must drop their booking message by himself from registered mobile number. 7. Duplication of message will not be considered for the same client with same plot after sharing concern scheme availability. (Duplicate Message) 8. Associate can drop maximum 2 message for single client (in different message) and give the plot among them on availability basis. (Multiple Message) 9. If Associate book 2 plot in one client name in single message, then associate have to take both the plots otherwise whole message will not be considered. 10. Hold will not be considered on these plots and shops for next 15 days from tomorrow. 11. Payment should be received within 2 hours post booking confirmation (Where applicable). 12. Objection will be entertained within 1 hour from booking confirmation. 13. Payment Screen shots/ Statement should be send to particular scheme manager only (if you will send payment detail to other will not be considered) 14.
