Powered with well-developed social infrastructure Educational institutions such as Nirmala Convent, URSAL College, International School and Shankarrao College of Pharmacy are nestled in the locality. Furthermore, there are a number of prestigious hospitals like Prathmesh Hospital, New Municipal Hospital, Rakshak Hospital and Aditya Hospital along with popular bank and ATM branches and restaurants. Connecting ways:- Kharadi is well connected to other parts of the city through major roads including Kharadi Road, Kharadi South Main Road and Magarpatta Road. There is also an availability of a robust public transportation system. The state highway MH SH 27 is linked to the locality, which further boosts the connectivity. Fulfilling residential needs:- There is an availability of a variety of residential options including affordable as well as luxury apartments. Kumar Urban KUL Nation, Austin Engineers Regalia, Nyati Elysia and Rama Erande Group Swami Raj are some of the key projects in Kharadi.     The upcoming Ring Road is expedited to increase the connectivity of the Kharadi area. I find the pace to be perfect for residential living with all conveniences nearby. Schools, Banks, Parks, and many other open spaces give the locality a posh touch. Retail options are many due to its placement against Samrak Ashok Road and Magarpatta Road. But many areas around the locality in the by-lanes experience waterlogging issues.

    City Vista, a nearby market area, is accessible on foot from the World Trade Center. The IT powerhouse of Pune's Eastern Corridor is Kharadi. In terms of homes, businesses, and public spaces, it is the region that is expanding most quickly. All public transit is easily accessible, and the airport and train station are nearby. The Social Infrastructures are well-built.

    Though Kharadi is a posh locality with a good social infrastructure it might still be a bit overhyped as the property valuation is rising steeply. The value of apartments in the locality is higher than in the surrounding neighborhood due to the IT parks nearby. If you are working there it is a great residential area but people who seek a city life might be dissatisfied as the leisure options are few in the locality.

    Given the easy access to the city, Kharadi is a popular destination for working people and ex-pats. Kharadi is an excellent place, in my opinion. It is a lovely and picturesque area. Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Wring in the IT Park I find it very convenient to live here and my daily commute and from work is easy which makes me like the locality of Kharadi even more.
