Very nice

If you are living in Mumbai you already know how hard it is tomove out into your own place because of skyrocketing propertyprices. I was happy to find that the Lodha Eternis perfectly suitedme (I’m a girl living away from home for the first time).

The apartment was decently priced but after the tour I didn’t reallythink twice about buying it. The reason was that, well, it reallydoes have everything. Security is the most important factor for meand Eternis gives me that.

There is a continuous guard presence on the main gates andpasserby are turned away unless they are coming for a tour of theplace or are visiting a resident. There is extensive securitycamera coverage of the development inside and outside thebuildings too. I love the fact that the administration has a zerotolerance policy for harrassment.

I also didn’t know they were actually there when moving in so Iwas surprised to find both a sauna and a jacuzzi inside thedevelopment. Both have clearly divided spaces for men andwomen. People are very respectful and there are no comments orcatcalls.

This place is nice and for living with all facilities available. This place is a central and popular commercial hub in Mumbai. Andheri East is well connected with other parts of the city. Residents of this place can avail of the metro facility and the training facility as well. All kinds of public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are available here.
