The magnificent project Rustomjee Athena has gorgeous living areas with wonderful flooring. All of the rooms in the house have vitrified tiles, giving them an opulent atmosphere, and the area is conveniently connected to the Mumbai- Agra National Highway.

The water and power supply are good at the Rustomjee Athena and is well maintained for prompt service. But the security does not have Video surveillance capabilities which in my opinion should always be present in a housing complex.

The apartments Rustomjee Athena come with all the necessary amenity but has limited recreational options for the residents. The kid's play area is the only open space but has creatively included a cycling track which is appreciated.

The tower of Rustomjee Athena is grand a sight to behold. The grand entrance and the beautifully designed apartments with balconies give it a luxurious feel. Cleanliness and hygiene are also maintained well with the inclusion of a sewage treatment plant.

I have been living in the prime location of Majiwada for 12 months. The area is very beautiful for living and the area is very rich in culture. The commuting system of this area is very sound and the area is well connected to all parts of Thane. The Mauli Hospital and Aditya Hospital are some of the best hospitals in the area.

The markets are well known for their serviceability and the commuting system is also very good. The area has no big industries or companies in the area.

The fish market is very famous here as the variety of fish offers many kinds of freshwater and saltwater fish. Lodha mall is the best shopping mall in the locality and there are many parks for children.

I am a permanent resident in the local area of Majiwada in Thane. The area is rich and there are many schools in the area and there are many hospitals in the area. The area is very beautiful and great for living and is very close to the Thane railway station.
