    Many parts of Pilkhuwa have witnessed a water crisis in the last few years. Even though the municipality is working on it some concerts persist if you live in the area. The roads are wide but may cause traffic confessions during peak office hours. The location is prime with all conveniences nearby.

    The roadways are great around Pilkhuwa. The options for transport are many. From, the railway station to the bus depot options for public transport is many. The area has seen fast development in the past decade and is expected to be one of the best residential areas on Hapur Road. The locality has banks, ATMs, Hospitals as well as many notable education institutions.

    As Pilkhuwa is right in the middle of Hapur and Ghaziabad it is situated on a vital arterial road in Delhi. The connectivity options as a consequence are myriad with a lot of available transportation options. The are many bus stops and the nearest railway station is just a few mins away. The area is a bit expensive compared to the neighboring areas and is sometimes hard to justify even if it is a well-developed area. Its position along the Hapur road gives it good connectivity to Ghaziabad as well as Delhi.

    Pilkhuwa is in a good spot along Hapur Road. It is the closest train station to Hapur. Although in a rural location, the main city is well linked. There are numerous enterprises in the region, showrooms are opening nearby, and prices will rise dramatically in the next years.
