I needed a flat of 1000 sq ft. with a budget of 70 Lac. Ifound Darode Jog Liviano which made my dream possible.There are numerous 2 BHK Flat in this price range. The sizesrange from around 1000 sq ft to 1200 sq ft.

The price range of 70 Lakh to 90 Lac was the affordablerange for me in Pune. In Darode Jog Liviano, I found buyingoptions of 2 BHK flats at just under 90 Lac of around 1400sq ft. I am happy with the price.

I was searching for an ideal spot to connect properly withvarious parts of Pune. Darode Jog Liviano turned into theideal project for me. It is a well-designed Township situatednear Mundhwa Street. For this reason, I can travel to adifferent area of the city without any problem.

Given the easy access to the city, Kharadi is a popular destination for working people and ex-pats. Kharadi is an excellent place, in my opinion. It is a lovely and picturesque area. Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges.
