Baner, Pune Reviews

Positive

Positives: I first picked Baner since I thought I would live near to Hinjewadi IT Park. The expansion created far too much traffic for me. The sheer number of contemporary eateries and coffee shops is a major benefit. I loved lounging at Elephant & Co. I thought Jupiter Hospital and The Orchid School were quite accessible. Mostly I took app-based cabs. The closest metro is the impending Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar Metro Line.

Negative

Negatives: Daily traffic bottlenecks and water supply demands major improvement. Following the storms, the terrible road maintenance and potholes in the city exasperated me. I also moved away in response to the rising cost of living.

Living in Baner, I am content with my daily routine here. This site's energy appeals to me; it seems quite modern. Mostly traveling Baner Road, I may quickly get to Hinjewadi and Aundh. Even in the evening, I feel secure wandering about; nearby cafés and food outlets are a pleasure for me. I am aware that schools like VIBGYOR and Orchid are simple to reach from Jupiter Hospital. I like morning walks along open green stretches near Baner Hill. I like how near to me are daily stores, fitness centers, and marketplaces. For life here to be easier, traffic management and enhanced road maintenance in inner lanes really have to get better urgently.

Baner always strikes me as a bright and sought-after place in Pune. I work here quite often and my experience as a broker is rather great and pleasant. Because I see constant appreciation and strong rental demand, I advise Baner to my customers. It's appealing to me how near Hinjewadi IT Park, Aundh, and University Circle it is. Works well for connectivity via Baner Road, NH-48, and Baner–Balewadi Road. Professionals in information technology favor this location. I enjoy the planned communities, Baner hill vistas, cafés, and vegetation. Nearby, I see a few fine hospitals, shopping centers, and institutions. Before making an investment, I clearly inform customers they have to accept peak hour traffic and high real estate values.

Positives: Years ago, I put my money in Baner. Today I feel mostly content. This place seems luxurious nowadays and has expanded quickly. I believe the neighbourhood seems contemporary and enlightened. Through Baner Road and highway connections, I like the transportation access. I am optimistic regarding the impending metro nearby. The throng presence makes me feel safe going around. From some areas, I like hill views and greenery. To those buyers employed in IT regions, I would suggest Baner.

Negative

Negatives: Here, restricted parking, small interior roads, and traffic congestion disappoint me. These three areas have to be substantially better rather fast, I believe.

Renting in Baner makes me happy because my time here seems vibrant yet pleasant. Locally markets, parks, and cafes appeal to me. As a renter, I find here safety thanks to societal security. For this place, rent appears just a bit excessive but fair. I love the fast travel to Balewadi offices and Hinjewadi IT Park in this neighborhood. Schools and coaching facilities appear to be not far off. Weekends at Balewadi High Street in this neighborhood are what I like. I expect upcoming metro work will provide future comfort. Road maintenance in this area is sluggish, in my opinion. In this region, I also think public parking is rather restricted.

Living in Baner makes me quite content, as my everyday schedule feels balanced here. In my view, this area has excellent long-term possibilities as a result of IT expansion close by. Since demand for properties is still great, I believe my investment is absolutely worthwhile. I like quick trips to the Hinjewadi, Aundh, and University regions. With cabs and buses at hand, I believe transport runs nicely both day and nighttime. Here with active streets and safe communities, I feel comfortable. I open space and greenery close to Baner Hills. Good nearby schools and Jupiter Hospital both have great value for me. Good neighbours are welcome by me. I think, nevertheless, parking problems and traffic congestion need immediate attention.

I advise Baner to my customers since I think it offers a calm life with luxury societies and an affluent lifestyle. Gated residences, running trails, and open hills close by help make this area appear safe in my view. Baner Road and the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway help me to be well connected to roads. I believe the soon-to-be Baner-Balewadi metro corridor will soon make trips better. Benefits like proximity to Aundh and Hinjewadi IT Park are obvious to me. I reference Westend Mall as well as Jupiter Hospital, Ruby Hall Baner, Vibgyor School, and Orchid School. IT crowd demand is driving a good rental yield. I think peak-hour traffic should be better handled here.

Positives: I previously resided in Baner. My thoughts on this area are divided. I saw that the facility had excellent connection. With reasonable time, I could get to IT departments, shopping complexes, and other areas of Pune. Good schools, hospitals, and regular shops nearby made life simpler, which I found appealing. The region seemed vibrant as many young professionals circled new apartment developments.

Negative

Negatives: Still, I frequently felt let down as public transportation was restricted. I also believed that internal systems and water supply were occasionally problematic. Reliable water supply, more local road maintenance inside society, more public transportation connection, and greener public-parks or open community spaces were what required true improvement.

Positives: Sitting only off Baner Road and the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway NH-48, Baner gives me fast access to IT hotspots like Hinjewadi IT Park. With hospitals close like Jupiter Hospital and others as well as excellent institutions including VIBGYOR High School and Orchid School, the area offers good schools. Baner also offers a lovely combination of urban life and some green. Though living here is calm, it is also vibrant with services, stores, and cafes nearby. Here, rental yield seems strong hence I believe it was also a great house as well as a wise purchase.

Negative

Negatives: Urgent upgrading of some interior water supply and intermittent water-pressure problems is required so that daily living turns more bearable.

Positives: For fast development and closeness to the IT centers, Baner mostly excelled. The once tiny area changed very rapidly to become a renowned, premium location. Travel was so smooth due to the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway's connectivity. Easy access was available to well-known places like The Orchid School and Jupiter Hospital. Particularly with the Baner Gaon Metro Station on the forthcoming Line 3, which made the region really useful, I felt quite optimistic about the lifestyle.

Negative

Negatives: Heavy traffic congestion during rush hours really lengthened my travel time. Always anxious about the intermittent water supply problems, particularly during the height of the summer. Waterlogging on the primary highways was rather frequent in the area during the monsoon.

Positives: Though the rent is certainly on the costlier end, Baner is an excellent spot. Because the Hinjewadi IT Park has incredible connectivity, my office commute is simple. Hence, it is entirely worth it. Here we have many benefits. Excellent hospitals such as Jupiter and superb schools like The Orchid School are incredibly nearby. Furthermore, the high street district has great cuisine and weekend hangouts. For women, safety is dependable especially within the community gates.

Negative

Negatives: Some disappointments include the sporadic water supply difficulties, intense traffic during peak hours, insufficient PMPML buses, and some interior locations with better street illumination. Offering peace, the green regions surrounding Baner Hill are a true blessing.

Positives: Living in Baner on rent, I suggest it for its energetic ambiance and ease of access. By shared car or automobile, I arrive at my college swiftly; several buses run to Kothrud and Hinjewadi. Walking in my community feels secure, and the neighbourhood is welcoming. For weekend cafes, Balewadi High Street is my favourite location; for morning walks, the Baner hill trails. Many supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking reach.

Negative

Negatives: Although rent is more than in some communities, it offers a great lifestyle and a shorter commute. Construction noise near new developments, traffic congestion on Baner Road during peak hours, and cleaner drainage following rains are all items needing consideration. Yet, I love staying here every day. It seems up-to-date and well related.

Positives: Baner provides exceptional development and urban accessibility. I can reach my office in Hinjewadi with a brief journey down the Mumbai-Pune route and Baner-Hinjewadi road. Weekends are spent at Balewadi High Street and the hill tracks near Baner. There are numerous restaurants and cafes we appreciate in the neighbourhood. Finding everyday groceries is not difficult.

Negatives: I would like better pavements for walking, cleaner streets surrounding new developments, and more effective traffic management at rush hour. Still, I am happy to live here and witness a consistent increase in property value; more green areas would be desired soon.

Positives: Baner's great mix of city simplicity and nature was its greatest strong point. Right here, we have the Baner Hill and Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park, providing much-needed green and a great atmosphere. The Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway made weekend vacations simple by great connectivity. For my family, the local area's excellent schools such as The Orchid School and trustworthy healthcare were a major asset. The Pune Metro Line 3 will help to improve the transportation network even more.

Negative

Negatives: The ongoing building throughout the region's continual noise and contamination was intolerable. Driving was really unpleasant and sluggish as well due of the bad state of interior roads and potholes, especially after the rains.

Positives: The location is excellent, providing a lively lifestyle with many cafes nearby on Balewadi High Street. Though the rent is a little steep, the access to NH48 and the soon-to-be Pune Metro Line 3 station makes it worthwhile. Auto-rickshaws and dependable PMPML bus services guarantee great internal connection in the area. With great security in societies and large hospitals near here, safety is not a concern.

Negative

Negatives: The severe traffic congestion on Baner Road at rush hour causes my daily commute to be much delayed. Another dearth of service is the often-unreliable water supply in more established neighbourhoods, which forces us to occasionally resort to pricey water tankers.

Positives: Baner has the green, laid-back atmosphere of Baner Hill and is a brilliant contemporary urban experience. Hinjewadi IT hub is quickly accessible via the Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway. Metro Line 3's soon-to-be arrival will only enhance the connectivity, so this neighbourhood presents a fantastic future investment. For its dynamic lifestyle and central position, I strongly advise it. The great social infrastructure, especially the eating scene on Balewadi High Street, is the main benefit.

Negative

Negatives: To smooth out commutes, the PMC absolutely needs to address Baner Road's peak hour traffic congestion. Consistent water supply across all the newer regions should be stabilized such that we occasionally don't have to depend on water trucks.

From my point of view for companies as well as families, Pune's top neighborhood is Baner. Hinnewadi and other commercial centers benefit from its location between Aundh, Pashan, and Balewadi, which offers great connectivity. Travel options are enhanced by Baner Road, Pashan connection and nearby Pune airport access. Good schools like The Orchid School and reputable clinics and hospitals within quick drives abound in the area. Local eateries and Balewadi Stadium contribute lifestyle worth. Demand will be increased and residences made more appealing thanks to scheduled metro Line 3 and other road improvements. Prices are greater than those in distant suburbs, yet they provide consistent rental income because of nearby office hubs. In my opinion, immediate changes ought to be centred on well-arranged parking and quicker interior road repair.

I lately relocated to Baner and feel really good about my decision. By route, Hinjewadi IT Park benefits from this position near to Aundh and Balewadi. Daily transportation depends on local buses and app taxis; the highways are mostly fast. Though some interior roadways are sluggish during torrential rains, I see drainage to operate nicely. The neighborhood schools, cafes, and tiny stores within walking distance really strike me. Small clinics close to my flat and The Orchid School attract my interest. Great places to meet on weekends are Balewadi High Street. Baner has a nice mix of city access and green hills. One thing missing is more public benches around my block please.

I am glad I poured money here in Baner. The area appeals to me, linked to Pune. Daily transportation for me is made simple thanks to Baner Road and its connection to Aundh and Balewadi. To get to work, I employ buses, my car and brief taxis. Shops and grocery stores are rather close. Therefore, my family feels comfortable. We need Sahyadri Hospital and the Orchid School right close. At Balewadi Stadium and the surrounding mountains, I like weekend walks. With numerous trees and recently built parks all around our neighbourhood, the area looks green. Better road improvements and scheduled metro operations will improve value. Parking strain near crowded stretches in the evenings and at weekends is what troubles me most.

Positives: The spot offered the finest convenience since it allowed for really fast reach of the Hinjewadi IT Park. Good hospitals nearby were ours like Jupiter's. For greenery, Baner Hill was my preferred location for short hikes. Since the Pune Metro still had no direct station, we had to go towards the functional lines like Vanaz for the trip.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly in the evening, the traffic on the main Baner Road was completely awful. Better feeder services and public transportation were really necessary. Additionally, there was always some water logging on the lower roadways during strong monsoon rains. More regulation of street vendors is needed since it made footpaths challenging to walk.

Positives: Mostly for work and the neighbourhood atmosphere, I settled in Baner. Baner's proximity to Hinjewadi and Balewadi, in my opinion, makes daily living simple. Though large shopping centers are a quick trip, I believe most weekends are taken up with shopping and eating on Balewadi High Street.

Negative

Negatives: Although demand is constant, rental yields in Pune micro-markets like Baner usually fall in the low single digits. Affordability and more publicly accessible open areas have to quickly get better, I believe. All things considered, I'm happy I picked Baner.

The appeal is increased by surrounding green regions such Baner Hill and parks. Going to Balewadi High Street for supper in the evening and then coming home in tranquility is my favourite moment. One change I hope for is quicker metro line completion up to Baner and secondly better management of internal roads and drainage during rainfalls. Still, Baner is a wonderful investment and place to live that I strongly advise.

Positive

Positives: I just moved into Baner in West Pune and sensed its distinct ambience right away. Smooth access to regions like Hinjawadi, Balewadi and the Mumbai-Pune corridor is provided by the site's proximity to main routes like the Baner-Pashan Link Road and NH-48. The great schools like MITCON and hospitals like Jupiter Hospital, together with the close by lifestyle hubs and restaurants, add a significant benefit. I like leasing here since the area is contemporary, safe, and well-organised. Walking to a Baner Road café and then returning to a peaceful residential road is my favourite aspect of my day.

Negative

Negatives: During peak hours, Baner Road experiences great traffic congestion, some internal routes and drainage are ignored in monsoon. Baner would be my general advice for a balanced rental life.
