The locality of Berhampur is good for residences but the place has seen many water shortage issues in the past few years which might be a cause for concern for home buyers. The complexes in the area have their water storage infrastructure that provides comfort but for individual homeowners it's a problem. The only proper bus stop in the locality is on Vishwakarma Road which is a bit distant from the central locality of Berhampur. Transportation via auto and taxi is not an issue.
