I've lived here for a while now, and I think this area is pretty congested. I was looking for a cheap place to live, and I found it in Dubagga, which has many amenities and a strong social life. In reality, it is a well-planned market complex with a strong commercial structure. Sometimes this area's high population becomes a problem, so I have to be ready for a traffic jam of people. Especially during office hours. But Dubagga has changed a lot and is still improving its infrastructure.

But these days, this area is slowly becoming a high-end place to live and do business. My family and I moved to Dubagga a long time ago, and during that time, the neighborhood has stayed the same. There are a lot of friendly neighbors, and sometimes it feels like a community. The only thing that could be said against it is that Dubagga is a very crowded part of Lucknow. But this shouldn't affect your decision about whether or not to stay in Dubagga, since India's population is growing every day. Being close to schools, markets, places to hang out, and especially health care centers, is very convenient.
