My experience in Gadarpur is very good and the locality offers very good
connectivity. There are many temples in sector 99, and the locality is only 3 kms
away from the Mahamaya Flyover, and the Noida Expressway is less than 2 Kms
away. There are some local markets within walking distance from the apartment
where I live. Furthermore, there are IT parks as well, creating employment
opportunities for the local people.

can ask for. It has very good connectivity to all the major parts of the city. I used the
metro connectivity for daily commuting to work, and sometimes I even used cabs

I have rented an apartment in Gadarpur, Sector 99 and overall, my experience is
good. Greenery is maintained all around the locality and therefore, pollution is not an
issue we generally face. The availability of rickshaws has resolved commuting
issues, and the metro connectivity makes it even better. However, the streets are not
very well-lit at night and therefore, the safety of the residents is a major concern.

The roads in the locality are wide and due to this, there is no major traffic congestion.
The roads are well-maintained as well. Markets are available in the neighbourhood
at a walkable distance. The botanical garden and golf-course metro connectivity
adds to the convenience of the commuters. There are few other options for public
transport.
