I was very taken aback at how busy and centrally located Hadapsar in Pune felt during my short visit. Its easy access to IT centers such Magarpatta and Amanora Park Town as well as its fast connection through NH-65 made life there comfortable. Particularly Villoo Poonawalla Memorial Hospital and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, access to great medical care was a big advantage of the neighborhood's security. The excellent social infrastructure. It includes large malls like Seasons and Amanora close by was among my favorite benefits. However, particularly near Hadapsar Gadital, traffic congestion during peak hours was very troubling and is an area that most definitely calls for better management to simplify the commute. Hadapsar is first and foremost a dynamic place I would advise both families and professionals.

The drainage system struggled a lot during the monsoons. Leading to serious waterlogging and very bad road conditions with potholes everywhere.

I feel that Hadapsar is one of the best places to stay in Pune, considering affordability, housing options, and the family-friendly ambience. Amanora, Magarpatta, and SP Infocity- all these major hubs are nearby, along with the social amenities in the Amanora belt. There are several hospitals and schools in the vicinity, along with malls like the Amanora and Seasons Mall. The Pune-Solapur Highway can be accessed in a few minutes, while buses are also available. My main issue here is that the market area is very crowded, while central Pune areas are also pretty far away. However, in my opinion, it’s not a major issue for me.

Hadapsar is a prime location, if you consider the future development potential. There is still space for future projects here, and this makes it an emerging location in Pune. There are several IT and ITeS zones nearby, including Amanora and Magarpatta City. I work in Magarpatta, and it makes sense to stay here, as a result. There are good social and civic amenities in the neighbourhood as well. Property rates are quite affordable, making it easier to buy here than many other localities in Pune.

I only feel that the connectivity to Central Pune should be improved. It is quite far from this neighbourhood.

Positives: I selected Hadapsar years back since it is a perfect mix of residential and IT parks. The good road connectivity to NH-65 and close proximity to major work zones. Sahyadri Super Specialty Hospital being just a stone's throw away. So many facilities in the form of good malls and schools, I think it is a very convenient and relatively affordable location to reside.

Negatives: Traffic jams at peak hours are awful, making it hard to travel every day. Also, the absence of a metro station currently impacts public transport facilities, though there is one under proposal. We also notice constant parking problems and acute pollution that needs serious attention right away.

Positives: As a tenant in Hadapsar I thoroughly enjoy the lively lifestyle here. Being well-connected to IT centers like Magarpatta City, keeping my travel to work minimal. We have good hospitals like Sahyadri and large malls like Amanora close by, so convenience is excellent. I sincerely hope the municipal corporation would enhance the drainage system because waterlogging during monsoon is a big problem. Hadapsar is one location in Pune with a lot of future potential. The property rates are still within range here, but it won’t be for long. This is because of the development that has taken place over the last few years. So many residential complexes have come up, while the highway access is a game-changer as well. Buses and other transport are available, while the area has become a favourite for many people who are working in Magarpatta City. All the amenities of Magarpatta are accessible with a short drive as well. The only thing that they need to fix is the waterlogging.

Hadapsar is a good emerging area in Pune for families and young professionals. I could purchase a property here at an affordable rate itself. The Mumbai-Hyderabad Highway is nearby, and there are business zones like SP Infocity and Magarpatta City within a short distance as well. PMPML buses and cabs are also available, while I am eagerly waiting for the light metro rail corridor to materialize in the future. There are good amenities in terms of local markets, while the Amanora and Magarpatta areas have all malls, restaurants, and more.

Waterlogging is a major issue that I would like to point out. Also, the area is slightly far from the city center and main areas.

Two things strike me as notable are that few roads become jammed during rush hours, and some internal roads require improved maintenance. Hadapsar otherwise is vibrant, functional, and an excellent place to live.

I believe that the upcoming metro links between Hadapsar and Loni Kalbhor and Saswad Road are a major advantage, with better connectivity in the near future.

Negatives: Nevertheless, I would say that traffic jams are a serious everyday problem, particularly during rush hours in the vicinity of industrial estates. I have noticed that the state of the inner roads is rather poor and becomes significantly worse during monsoon season because of potholes. Further, I believe that the unavailability of good, affordable public transport results in an over-reliance on cabs.

Hadapsar is a more family-friendly area than many other Pune localities. The access to Magarpatta City is the lifeline here, since there are good amenities and workspaces in this zone. The layouts are well-planned in most cases, while many societies have good amenities too. Safety levels have been good in this neighbourhood to date, and I have not seen any major disturbances. I wish that the location had more connectivity options. There are buses, but the city centre is still very far from the place.

The traffic chaos during peak hours, particularly around Gadital, is extremely poor, and the poor water drainage system certainly requires a total overhaul to avoid monsoon water logging.

I find Hadapsar to be a really strategic location in Pune for every family. See, I work in Magarpatta City, and even Amanora is nearby. So, people who are working in these places find this area well-connected and affordable too. Yes, it is slightly far from the city centre, but the quality of life is not that bad. Healthcare and educational institutions are present in the vicinity, while bus routes are also available.

I do wish that the civic authorities would work on the water supply issue. It is proving to be a problem sometimes. Otherwise, the only problem I can think of is waterlogging in case of a heavy shower.

Infrastructure is wonderful with NH 65, Handewadi Road, and Hadapsar Railway Station making commuting to Pune Airport, Koregaon Park, or Swargate easy. Schools like Pawar Public and VIBGYOR High, hospitals like Noble and Sahyadri, and shopping malls like Seasons and Amanora make life easy. Cafes, health clubs, and shopping centers bring in comfort. Areas of improvement are traffic jam during rush hour and waterlogging during monsoons. Generally, Hadapsar provides a balanced lifestyle with excellent amenities, and I would definitely recommend it for tenants looking for convenience and contemporary living.

Negatives: But staying here is a headache. I was so angry last week trying to get across the Gadital junction due to the ridiculous peak-hour traffic jams. When rain pours, the absence of decent metro connectivity feels the crunch, piling all of us on the already poorly maintained roads where potholes are everywhere. The city certainly needs to address these road and transport woes urgently.

Negatives: But I do have some real complaints as a tenant. The monsoon is a nuisance since the bad drainage causes serious waterlogging of a number of internal roads. Pollution is also an issue, making the air sticky at times, particularly with the industrial areas nearby. Additionally, getting secure parking is always a challenge, and overall, rents tend to be pretty expensive.

Positives: I shifted to Hadapsar around eight years back, and since then, life has developed gracefully around me. What I adore the most is the combination of urban comforts and residential look. With Magarpatta City and Amanora Township in proximity, everything ranging from IT parks to shopping malls is minutes away. The schools in the area are top-notch, healthcare is dependable, and there is always something brewing in local cafes and parks. The area is also extremely well linked to Kharadi and Koregaon Park, facilitating daily life to be easy.

Negatives: Some inner roads need proper resurfacing, and garbage collection isn’t consistent in a few pockets. Also, weekend crowding around the malls can get a bit overwhelming. Despite that, Hadapsar feels like a growing and cheerful part of Pune that I’m proud to call home.

All the Magarpatta City facilities are easy to access, and the workplace commute is very fast too. Railway station connectivity is also there, and the future metro light rail, if it does get implemented, will make it a higher-value area. I just feel that waterlogging needs to be solved in the monsoon. The rest is coming up as per my expectations.

Hadapsar is one of the few localities in Pune that is well-connected to the SEZ Belt. So, for people who are working at Magarpatta or Amanora, for example, it is a great place to stay. Property rates are great, and the neighbourhood is peaceful enough. I know the locality very well, since I have stayed here for a long time before shifting. Also, the Magarpatta City connection is a big boon for the locals here. You get to access not just the offices, but all the amenities of this well-planned area in a few minutes from your home. In the future, the metro light rail corridor will be a huge development for the area, and I think the people will benefit. Yes, but it is still slightly far away from the main city. That’s the only point which is a bit negative, in my opinion. But again, I had a nice time staying here, and it did not matter.

Housing societies in Hadapsar provide residents with access to premier schools such as Pawar Public School and The Lexicon School, hospitals like Sahyadri and Noble Hospital, and shopping malls such as Seasons Mall and Amanora Mall. Restaurants, gyms, and parks complement the lively lifestyle here. Negatives: Peak hour traffic congestion particularly main roads and water logging during monsoons can be irritating. There is also high noise and air pollution because of heavy traffic. Rents and property values are rising rapidly.

Positives: I appreciate the comfort and dynamism of the area. Being close to my office in Magarpatta City is a big relief, and my travel time is minimal. We are so blessed to have great social infrastructure; all one needs is available from high-grade hospitals such as Sahyadri to D-Marts and the Seasons Mall for Saturday shopping. It's an entire, autonomous ecosystem. Negatives: Traffic and monsoon flooding are my two top issues for sure. Traffic congestion during peak hour near Gadital is pandemonium, frequently resulting in frustrating parking problems within the tight internal lanes. And in the case of heavy rain, waterlogging is a huge issue because the drainage system requires a huge overhaul. Apart from those headaches, the convenience and development potential here make it an awesome, lively place to live.

Positives: Speaking from a business perspective, Hadapsar is one of those unique localities in Pune, from where you can access three big SEZs, i.e. Magarpatta, Amanora and SP. I work in Magarpatta City, and the quick commute is something that I really appreciate. It has made my life simpler. We also have a dedicated railway station, while the future metro light rail corridor from Katraj may also happen. There are quite a few schools and hospitals in the vicinity, too. Negatives: Until anything concrete happens on the metro front, the lack of this network is something to point out. Also, the area is slightly far-off from the Pune city hubs. More needs to be done on waterlogging and traffic congestion by the authorities.

Positives: Hadapsar boasted residential complexes as well as Magarpatta, Amanora, good schools and hospitals were within vicinity. Positives: I shifted to Hadapsar and I must say, I love it here. The place is lively but peaceful, with broad roads, clean parks, and sufficient green belts for morning walks or evening walks. All daily needs such as supermarkets, schools, and hospitals are within reach. The area is well-connected through NH-65, Magarpatta Road, and Hadapsar Railway Station, and big IT parks and industrial areas are just a few kilometers away. Residential estates such as Amanora Park Town and Magarpatta provide contemporary amenities. Negatives The drawbacks I have seen is the road quality in the monsoon season, since some areas become waterlogged and potholes are a problem. Some roads are need to be repair. Apart from that, Hadapsar provides a great lifestyle with close proximity to everything I require.

Positives: Since I used to live in Hadapsar, I can assure you that it's a busy area of Pune. I always enjoyed the fact that it was a balance of residential complexes and large IT firms. It was so convenient to find everything from good schools and hospitals to the large malls such as Seasons and Amanora. The highways led me to destinations such as Koregaon Park and Camp. Negatives All that said, living there wasn't trouble-free. The roads were not always in perfect condition, particularly during the monsoon season, with potholes becoming a real headache. The region was also plagued by waterlogging and waste disposal problems. And, of course, the rush-hour traffic and perpetual parking woes could be a real pain, which was a big negative.

Positives: I have been a house owner in Hadapsar for quite a few years now and have seen it transform into a bustling hub. Its greatest asset is its high connectivity; it's near large IT hubs such as Magarpatta, Amanora, and SP Infocity. It's highly developed with high-quality malls such as Seasons and Amanora, as well as an excellent range of schools and hospitals. It's an excellent mix of residential and commercial areas. I especially like this well-planned locality. Negatives: The only negative aspect is the garbage disposal and cleaning in some parts of the neighbourhood, which is not too bad.

Positives: When I take clients to this area, I always tell them it is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of the city. I prefer how it is linked with Magarpatta, Amanora, and SP Infocity, so it's a firm favorite among IT professionals. I usually point out that there are schools, hospitals, malls, and bazaars around, so it's extremely convenient for families. I also see numerous contemporary housing developments with fine amenities, and I inform investors that the rental demand here is very stable. The combination of commercial and residential centers provides the area with a full lifestyle experience. Negatives: I do say that some of the internal roads require improvement, but with constant development and civic enhancements, the place is improving with every passing day.

Positives: I have stayed in Hadapsar for a number of years. I like the combination of peaceful residential spaces and emerging business areas. I prefer that most IT parks such as EON and Magarpatta are within a proximity, so it is an easy commute to work for me. I frequently go shopping to malls such as Seasons and City Pride, and I also have schools and hospitals nearby. Greenery and pedestrian roads around Hadapsar Lake render my nights serene. The surroundings are safe and well-planned. Negatives: I do think the community could use additional recreational areas for families, and some of the older roads require repair. Every now and then, I do hear noise around commercial areas, but otherwise, living here is convenient and comfortable for both work and living.

Positives: I relocated to Hadapsar a couple of years ago, and I think it's one of the best areas to live in Pune. The IT parks, such as Magarpatta City and others are conveniently around the corner, so my office is never out of reach. I have shopping malls such as Amanora and Seasons nearby, and shopping every day is convenient with markets and stores all over. There are schools and hospitals aplenty, and so I don't need to travel far for family requirements. Road connectivity provides good access to Kharadi, Camp and even the Pune railway station. Negatives: Something that bothers me is the drainage and waterlogging in monsoon. Also, the area gets quite crowded on weekends near malls. Other than that, I am happy staying here.

Positives: I reside in Hadapsar. It's an east-Pune business hub with Magarpatta and Amanora nearby, along with EON IT Park and NH-65 for convenient drives. Pune Junction is 10 km, and the airport is roughly 9 km. Noble and Sahyadri hospitals, Seasons/Amanora malls and plenty of cafes make life easy. Negatives: Peak traffic and parking are a big problem here. Roads become potholed and waterlogged during the monsoon, and industrial enclaves introduce dust and noise. No metro yet, so traveling local can be tedious.

Positives: I like the good connectivity of Hadapsar with major roads and the railway station within easy reach. It is very safe and a good environment prevails. All the major amenities are available nearby. Negatives: Here the roads are not that great, particularly during the monsoon season, when waterlogging is a huge issue. I've also seen that the water supply has been a little unpredictable.

Positives: I absolutely love this place. It is greatly connected by NH-65, Magarpatta Road and Hadapsar railway station. Amanora and Seasons malls, Magarpatta hub, decent schools and hospitals are in close proximity, so commuting and shopping are convenient. Negatives: Traffic is heavy during peak hours, drainage leads to waterlogging during the monsoon, roads get potholes, pollution can be sensed, and there's no metro as yet.

I have been living here for 12 years in my own house and according to me, this place has all the basic amenities. This place is well connected with other parts of Pune. The roads are well maintained and with proper street lights. The electricity supply and the local security are quite good here. Erratic water supply is one of the issues found in parts of this locality.

I had a nice memory of this place, as I had been living there as a tenant with my family. According to me, this locality is the best residential area of east Pune and also the prime location for a business hub. This place is located in one of the vibrant and bustling locations of Pune.

This place is a mid-income locality in East Pune and has mixed-budget apartments for all kinds of residents. This place is close to consumer base locations such as Magarpatta and Hadapsar gaon. This is a nice locality according to me for residential purposes with all kinds of basic facilities. This locality has ample water supply and this place has no sound pollution.

Schools, colleges, malls, theatres, hospitals, markets, and IT companies are found within a 5 km of radius.
